With more than 25 years of combined professional experience, we bring a practical, well-rounded understanding of how people, systems, and industries operate. Our backgrounds span operations, management, marketing, mentoring/coaching, training, military and government, construction, service industries, and finance. We’ve worked in corporate environments, small businesses, and contract-assigned roles — giving us a broad perspective on what it takes to adapt, stay versatile, embrace change, and consistently show up as an asset in any environment by putting in the work.

Carla is driven by learning, growth, and creative expression. Her professional background includes operations, corporate finance, coaching, and entrepreneurship, giving her a strategic mindset paired with a passion for developing people and ideas. She’s completing her MBA while balancing her career, multiple ventures, and being a devoted wife and mom. She is deeply committed to community impact, philanthropy, and creating opportunities for others. She values wellness, holistic self-care, intentional design, exploring new destinations, and she’s just as comfortable behind a laptop as she is spending a day at the range with her husband.
Anthony is a full-time active-duty Operations NCO for the U.S. Army, whose career is grounded in structure, leadership, and mission-focused execution. Entering his tenth tenure, he has completed two tours overseas, and has earned multiple awards in leadership and service. His experience as a firearms instructor built his ability to teach, coach, and develop others with clarity and confidence — skills that carry into every role he takes on. Outside of work, he’s usually at the gym, at the range, on his motorcycle, traveling on whatever new adventure Carla plans next, or sharpening his skills through constant learning. He brings steadiness, problem-solving, and a strong work ethic into everything we build.
